In today’s changing times more and more people are turning to Counselling now for provable effective help. You may feel anxious or depressed, experience difficult in sleeping, have problems concentrating at work or notice your eating is out of balance. Perhaps you need help following a particular experience or trauma such as bereavement, separation or divorce.
As an experienced counsellor, I can help with stress, anxiety or relationship issues. I also specialise as a bereavement therapist.
The natural feelings we all have at these times should not have to be faced alone. You may even wish to improve your relationships or to develop your potential.
At certain times those around you may find it difficult to know how to give support and may be experiencing similar difficulties themselves. This is when to seek professional help. Counselling offers you a safe and reliable relationship where you can be supported during times of crisis and helped to share your feelings.
You will be listened to in an authentic and non-judgemental way, allowing you to make choices and resolve conflicts and hurts.
I am a member of the BACP (the governing body for Counsellors and Psychotherapists) and I abide by their ethical framework.
I currently freelance as a bereavement therapist for a well established bereavement service. I also worked on the team who supported the victims, survivors and families of the 7/7 bombings in London.
